@ChiefSecy_UP महोदय अभी गाजियाबाद जिलाधिकारी की मनमानी का मामला ठंडा भी नहीं हुआ है, और इससे बैंक कर्मियों में पहले से ही भारी रोष व्याप्त है। वहीं, बदायूं में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी जबरदस्ती ऋण स्वीकृत करवाने के लिए पू���ी प्रशासनिक मशीनरी का दुरुपयोग कर रहे हैं। एक-एक शाखा के पीछे एक-एक राज्य कर्मचारी को तैनात कर, मानो "कनपटी पर कार्यवाही की बंदूक" लगाकर ऋण स्वीकृत कराया जा रहा है।

क्या राज्य सरकार के पास अब यही काम रह गया है? बैंकों की स्वायत्तता कहां खो गई? उनका विवेकाधिकार खुलकर कुचला जा रहा है। यह न केवल बैंकिंग प्रणाली पर आघात है, बल्कि बैंक कर्मियों के साथ अन्याय भी है।
ऐसी घटनाओं की गहन जांच कर दोषी अधिकारियों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए। इसके साथ ही बैंकों की स्वायत्तता और उनके निर्णय लेने के अधिकारों को संरक्षित करना चाहिए। अन्यथा प्रदेश भर के बैंककर्मी असहयोग आंदोलन पर चले जाएंगे।
