The Tata rebellion has spooked Indian promoters so much that they are now asking their lawyers to make sure that their succession plan for ownership also includes their own DNA clause. Now that's a big contribution of Tata rebels to India Inc...
🚨 India should focus on taxing capital income such as corporate profits, rather than imposing taxes directly on wealth or inheritance.

Hindustan Times confirmed today: 🚨
The new IT protocol put in place by Seema Khanna, approved by the Election Commission, shut the database from the very people legally responsible for adding or deleting voter names: EROs and Deputy EROs.
Statutory officers. People with legal authority under the RP Act 1950. Locked out. By a DG(IT) on deputation from NIC; a government body.
EC Sandhu objected. EC Joshi objected. Deputy EC Sanjay Kumar objected.
Maneesh Garg removed Sanjay Kumar's oversight. TV Somanathan couldn't act. The Commission never met in full.
At every single checkpoint, the accountability mechanism was either bypassed or neutralised.
That is not a malfunction. That is architecture.
“The debate is no longer about whether to believe or dismiss Rahul Gandhi. The issue is whether every Indian citizen’s vote will be counted and used to elect the government of their choice, or whether the ruling party will be allowed to manipulate the process to remain in power at both the Centre and the state level.”
Remarkable piece by @MehboobaMufti, perhaps the first of its kind in Indian politics, where the leader of one political party, @jkpdp, sets aside differences and rivalries to appreciate what the leader of another, @RahulGandhi, has been saying about the future of democracy as a whole.

TCS has to be a co-pilot of the EC if there has been the alleged SIR manipulation: algorithms, centralisation, features for deletion/addition etc.
The rot could be running deep. It requires a thorough investigation. Is corporate power a collaborator in political shenanigans?
Layer 1: Tata Group companies, including TCS, pumped ₹915 crore into PET; 83% of which went to BJP.
Layer 2: TCS quietly received the ERONET 2.0 contract; India's voter roll backbone; with no tender, no published contract, no audit trail.
Layer 3: Under that TCS-run system, Form 6 was illegally modified, 13 crore names were struck off SIR rolls, and statutory EROs in Goa were locked out of their own database by Delhi-controlled servers.
This is not three coincidences. This is one architecture.
#MintPremium | A company owned by the family of Tata Sons Chairman N. Chandrasekaran is pursuing a ₹330-crore industrial park in Karnataka to serve TVS Motor Co., marking its second such project involving the two-wheeler maker, whose Chairman Emeritus Venu Srinivasan backed Chandrasekaran for a third term at the helm of Tata Sons.
Neither Chandrasekaran nor Srinivasan have informed the Tata Sons board about this business relationship.

Dear Doctors,
When a middle-class family questions a ₹30–50 lakh cancer bill, telling them:
“If you don't like a private hospital, go to a government hospital.”
is silly and arrogant, to say the least
Private hospitals aren't being asked to work for free.
📈Doctors deserve to be paid well.
📈Good infrastructure costs money.
📈Hospitals should make profits.
But the question is:
How much is too much?
This isn't just a patient's complaint anymore.
📈Parliament has raised concerns about the high cost of medical treatment and the need for regulation and transparency in private healthcare.**
And now the Supreme Court is questioning extraordinary mark-ups on cancer medicines.
Supreme court of India has slammed private hospitals said:-
"Private hospitals are functioning like industries and not service providers"
So this conversation isn't about doctors vs. patients?
It's about something much bigger:
Can the Indian middle class afford to get sick?
Cancer treatment can run into tens of lakhs.
A single serious illness can wipe out years of savings.
And if healthcare costs keep rising faster than incomes, what happens to families who don't have unlimited money?
We need:
📈Transparency.
📈Price benchmarks.
📈Accountability.
📈And sensible regulation.
Not to stop hospitals from making money.
But to make sure healthcare doesn't become affordable only for the rich.
Please don't take this question personally.
A patient questioning a ₹27,000 cancer drug that costs ₹2,700 isn't attacking doctors.
They're asking how they're supposed to survive the cost of getting treated.
And that is a question Parliament, regulators, hospitals—and all of us—need to answer.
