I support the GenZ movement catalysed by the Cockroach Janta Party.
It’s absurd to say that it is sponsored by the BJP to destroy the Congress. The BJP govt is trying its best to suppress it.
Though Dipke was with AAP, it is also absurd to say that it is an AAP startup.
Criticising a 10 day old GenZ movement for lack of ideology & well thought out policies is also misplaced.
Dipke has shown a great deal of energy, maturity & courage.
Sonam Wangchuk is a great mentor. Saurav Das is an excellent choice for a GenZ spokesman.
6 June will be an important day for our country. I remember how the arrest of Anna Hazare was the turning point of the IAC. Arresting Dipke will be a similar turning point for this GenZ movement

I find it odd when people turn businessmen into role models, and this seems to have become more common in the last 5-odd years. It's the same with idolising movie stars and sports stars. None of it should happen, really. 😀

When people come to me for advice, my first reaction is: What makes you think I'm qualified?

Just because I've gotten lucky in business, does that make me qualified to advise you on your career, your life choices, or anything apart from how to get lucky? 😀

There are startup founders, especially people working in the social sector, whom I meet through @RainmatterOrg, and I think they are far smarter and more capable of giving advice than I am.

If you still pick a role model, pick someone for a trait worth admiring in real life, not because of what they project to the outside world.

I think the government is being wrongly blamed for collapsing infrastructure, garbage on the streets, corruption, nepotism, and pollution. These are symptoms, not root causes.

The real issue is the "chalta hai" mindset - a culture where too many people refuse to take responsibility, pride in their work, or ownership of shared spaces. A society cannot outsource civic responsibility to the government.

Before asking what the government is doing, perhaps we should ask what we ourselves are doing.

How much taxpayer money, court time, and institutional bandwidth was burned chasing politics instead of fixing pollution, jobs, education, and infrastructure? Priorities matter.
