Thousands of Meira Paibis in Manipir are marching for DAYS demanding NRC before Census.

WHY ISN'T PROTEST AGAINST ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION & DEMOGRAPHIC CHANGE IN MANIPUR JUST AS BIG AN ISSUE FOR "RIGHTS" ECOSYSTEM?

For days now, Meira Paibis from 20+ villages have taken to the streets, linking the unrest in Manipir to illegal immigration and demanding protection of indigenous rights.

But where is the “rights” ecosystem?

They loudly protest atrocities but never open their mouths when the issue doesn't sit conveniently with their narrative.

This is because if they back the perfectly reasonable demand of the Meira Paibis the "Kagaz nahin dikhayenge" (Harsh Mandar, Prashant Bhushan, I.N.D.I.A. bloc leaders) types will not be able to oppose an NRC at the national level.

IIT Madras professor S. Lakshmi Bala walks a full quantum mechanics class through the two-level atom, and she does it for free.

Western physics departments charge over $2,000 per credit for a graduate course in quantum mechanics. This entire course has been free since the early 2000s, but someone is trying to hide it.

In this lecture she has already moved past abstract vector spaces into a real physical system, the same two-level atom model that shows up later in laser physics and quantum computing.

No login wall. No certificate fee to just watch. One professor, one blackboard, one camera that never stopped rolling for over 40 lectures.

Physics departments built million dollar tuition systems around gatekeeping exactly this material. IIT Madras just recorded it and gave it away through NPTEL, a program that now hosts over 3,200 free courses.

Whenever I used to point out some affluent and rich man who had earned wealth through dubious means, my father, an IAF officer, would say to me,

“धन लक्ष्मी, सुत अरु नारी, पापी के भी होय”, the intended meaning is roughly, "Wealth, Lakshmi (prosperity), children, and a wife may be found even in the household of a sinful or immoral person."

Material prosperity, family, and worldly comforts are not necessarily signs of a person's virtue or righteousness. Even a morally bad person may possess wealth, a family, and social status.

As I look at the incidents which recently have gone viral on SM, I am increasingly reminded of the fact that my parents gave me a good upbringing.

In today's world where abuse, cuss words have become normal, girls or women like us, are a fading small percentage.

But a person's character, language, demeanour, and the words they use in anger truly reveal their culture, values, and upbringing.

I hope at least some parents teach their kids that its abrasive to listen to a young adult or women abusing.

URGENT: Please help us locate my brother-in-law, V.S. Balasubramanyam (Bali), a US citizen of Indian origin.
Bali was travelling with the Isha Foundation S3 Kailash/Mansarovar group.
His last known phone location, confirmed to his family by Andhra Bhavan, New Delhi, was the Chinese Immigration Centre at Gyirong, Tibet, on the morning of August 26, when the devastating flash flood struck.
His family has had no contact with him since, and his current status is unknown.
If anyone has information about Bali or the S3 group at the Gyirong immigration centre, please DM me.
