@Dailytakes@RickEsenberg I didn’t understand until she clarified and even then it took a minute. But it seems unlikely she would have said “to explain the gravity of the situation” if she was being dismissive. A poorly worded, unfinished thought, but perhaps not malicious.
I’m the only candidate in this race who will defend Wisconsinites from election interference as Trump's SCOTUS tries to limit access to mail-in voting. MAGA Tom Tiffany can't say the same.
Our vote is our voice. I'm always going to fight for it.
@TheScottKelly Please, Tally’s in Waukesha just posted a similar statement today because Hong was going to host an event there. Both parties do this constantly.
Thirteen years ago, my wife managed @RepJessie’s first campaign. I couldn’t be happier that she did. Wisconsin got a dedicated public servant, but we gained an even closer friend. She’ll be greatly missed in the Capitol, but am excited to see what’s next.
@Wisco__Knight@RickEsenberg Are you also carrying your passport or birth certificate around? DHS has repeatedly said drivers licenses or state identification does not confirm citizenship.
.@AdamSerwer is correct. A major difference between Trump I and II is that lots of people decided not to fight this time around. https://t.co/5xJYXLCo6V
Wisconsin kids are falling behind when it comes to math. Our new @WILawLiberty report offers a model policy built on proven reforms from several states. School boards can act today. @CorriHess wrote about this in her recent article for @WPR (linked below).
In the last few years we've seen:
- The plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer
- The Storming of the Capitol and pipe bombs left at the RNC and DNC
- The break-in to kidnap Nancy Pelosi and the brutal on Paul Pelosi
- Multiple assassination attempts against Trump
- The assassination of Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband and the shooting of on State Senator John Hoffman and his wife
- Luigi Mangione's assassination of Brian Thompson
- The assassination of Charlie Kirk
Political violence is contagious. It is spreading. It is not confined to one side or belief system. It should terrify us all.
The foundation of a free society is the ability to participate in it without fear of violence. Political violence is always an attack against us all. You have to be so blind not to see that.
All Macy Weigel wanted was to play softball. The WIAA said no—until @WILawLiberty fought back. Kids’ dreams shouldn’t be crushed by bureaucrats in Stevens Point. See Macy’s story below.
White women are about to be the latest to learn that when you support fascists because "they'll go after other people and improve things for me", "other people" always shifts to include you eventually
(Tweet by Trump's new Undersecretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs)
@senatorshoshana@conorjrogers@MattGertz Was just in Ireland where celiac disease is quite common, and ate lots of gluten. I suspect people like me who have a gluten “intolerance” are actually sensitive to some other ingredient used in the US.
Things are looking up on the school choice front nationwide, but in Wisconsin it is under threat from activists that would like to eliminate educational options. School choice is a lifeline for families stuck in failing schools. We must protect it.

@rebmasel I’m ‘86 and I think elder millennials can clock it pretty well. Gen Z was handed apps where everything is automated and takes very little effort. We had to critically think and teach ourselves (the background on my MySpace didn’t build itself) because adults had no tech skills.
@UniqueName099@BernardGoldberg Why do we only talk about this when it comes to women candidates? The vast majority of Trump’s staff and cabinet members refused to endorse him this time around. His own Vice President ran against him.
