I am addressing both of you because, for over three months, I’ve been caught in the middle of a completely unnecessary and exhausting back-and-forth between your two companies. I have logged this DSTV access error repeatedly.
MWEB tells me it’s DSTV’s problem. DSTV tells me it’s MWEB’s problem. Meanwhile, the problem is still mine to sit with. Three months. No service. But the debit order still goes off every month.
