@iskarob Students are more likely to ask for help, care about their learning, and seek resources when they are struggling. Students who lack support, even students who are motivated to learn, will loose man of the advantages their peers benefit from in the learning environment

@oliviamthomson @HaileySgarlata @julia_r28 @annasauer415 I did this when I left Doty and it makes the students so happy! Its also a great way to remind a teacher that every student has something to bring to the classroom. Plus you never know when a student may really need to hear something nice.
