जो DFS / अर्थमंत्रालय बैंक हड़ताल फेल करने की अपील कर रहा है , वहां 5 दिवसीय कार्य सप्ताह ह���।

जिन बैंक के Top Executives स�� अपील कर रहा है, उन्हें 20 से 25 लाख का PLI बोनस/ इंसेंटिव मिला है।

जिनकी मदद लेने बोल रहा है, उस RBI एवं गृह मंत्रालय में 5 दिवसीय कार्य सप्ताह है।

लेकिन, जिन शाखास्तर पर RISK लेकर काम कर रहे बैंक कर्मचारियों को हड़ताल पर न जाने की अपील कर रहा है, "ना उन्हें 5 दिवसीय कार्य सप्ताह दे रहा है ना तो सम्मानजनक PLI/ बोनस/ इंसेंटिव दे रहा हैं।

काम करे शाखा स्तर पर के कर्मचारी और मलाई खाएं ऊपर बैठे चुनिंदा अधिकारी!!! ���

आम बैंक कर्मी को सिर्फ भावनात्मक झुनझुना, सरकारी योजनाओं को लागू करवाने की जिम्मेदारी, खराब स्वास्थ्य और बिगड़ा हुआ वर्क लाइफ बैलेंस।
