@travelocity Yeah you didn’t resolve anything. I had to buy a new flight because you all refused to help me with a mistake your system made. I wasted hours of my life on the bs. This company is scam no reason to book thru them. It costa you about the same, and they have no customer service.

@travelocity @TravelocityHelp Not like it would actually help! They’ll blame the airlines for their systems mistake and the airline will blame them. You’ll get nowhere and have to buy a new flight. They won’t even apologize or offer anything. Always book direct this company is a scam!!!

@travelocity The wrong choice is using @travelocity for anything. Worse customer service I’ve every received. I’ve wasted hours on the phone trying to resolve a flight mistake they caused. They keep telling me to call the airline and the airline says it’s their fault.

@AskCapitalOne How about customers in the Dallas are who did it get their direct deposits today? How many people there are affected? All your customers need some sort of stop gap while you figure this out. Not to mention compensation and transparency when this is all over.

@CapitalOne DC is not on top of the world today when they realized their direct deposits into Capital One aren’t there. There are families that will go hungry and there is no offical word from Capital One or any type of information, this is despicable.
