Our draft Code of Practice helps providers of services, public functions and associations apply the Equality Act 2010. It doesn't apply to workplaces; employers should consult the Workplace (Health, Safety & Welfare) Regs 1992, the Equality Act, and seek independent legal advice.
Well… this is awkward. John Swinney speaking here on the Sunday Show on 30th May 2021. By this stage the SNP accounts proved that the money had gone missing and Swinney had clearly looked at those accounts. John Swinney was part of the cover up operation.
@WingsScotland It is a scam that will come back to bite them if any of them are on means tested benefits. DWP class it as earnings. It doesn't matter if it is for charity or a political campaign If your bank details are attached to the fundraiser it is classed as earnings. @LeanneTervit
@GussieGrips@canthelpmenow7 Sophie came onto one of my comments along with a few others, to inform me that If I was desperate for HC I would take what was given. That I had no rights to Same Sex Care nor privacy. Ironic isn't it
@TowersStreet@altontowers April visit I had a burger freshly cooked to order from the van, it was the best thing I had eaten at the park followed by fresh doughnuts later after Wickerman
@xerxes5th@HeatherMc1960@JoanFlitcroft@DundeeCouncil Not rude, you are wrongly informed about the process and tried to either belittle the boy or the people who correctly stated NHS. As a parent of a child with a degernerate VI I know the process
@Hugh6303@HeatherMc1960@DundeeCouncil Scottish Governement made the dissision that no child under the age of 16 will be registered Sight Impaired or Severe Sight Impaired. If the child was registered before the change that still stood. VINCYP is the org that is suppose to keep records and ensure needs are met.
@xerxes5th@HeatherMc1960@JoanFlitcroft@DundeeCouncil One day you will probably when older get cateracts yourself, When you do, I hope you think back to your attitude towards a little boy who can't read the stories himself because of lighting, blurring, headaches from straining and how smug you feel at this moment
@HeatherMc1960@DundeeCouncil I started to correct wrong information on this thread, some of the responses are totally shocking. @AISDundeeCity I don't know what the issues are with sight levels for this child but it is clear that what you actually do AIS isn't understood and a child has became a villan
@shawncbrown@HeatherMc1960@DundeeCouncil The council employs staff trained in the needs of children with VI who go out to every school where a child with a VI attends, they assess, consult with staff, made recommendations and support the child. Th
@xerxes5th@HeatherMc1960@JoanFlitcroft@DundeeCouncil Your ignorance is frightening, your arrogance is astounding. You have no idea how VI school services work for children who are not at the designated VI School Units within Dundee Area.
@ldonald3791@HeatherMc1960@DundeeCouncil The child is not paying fees, the parents are, the child has exactly the same rights as any other child with a VI or disability to be educated till 18 with the support needed.
