Actual joining date: 27-MAR-2019
currently showing: 16-MAR-2016 which is my first organisation joining date.

But when I visited EPFO office in person they showed me new database which is having invalid date of joining and they take me to another section where they can access old database which is having valid date of joining. Might be they shared a screenshot from old database.
