My older establishment's Member ID has been deleted from my Service History. Furthermore, its service timeline (DOJ and DOE) has erroneously merged into my current company . This data was 100% correct before the portal upgrade.

Hi @Ashokdanda1217, I wanted to ask about the screenshot of the old/valid service history data you mentioned. Did you get it from the KR Puram EPFO office? Also, could you please let me know which email address you contacted and what process you followed to get this information?

@officialepfo EPFO database update has created incorrect service history for many employees. My Date of Joining for NTT India (formerly Oakton Global) is incorrectly showing as 16-Mar-2016 instead of Mar-2019, creating a false service overlap with my previous employer.
