@TheBonesBooth Dying to listen to this one!!

[Wafa Ali Mustafa @WafaMustafa9]

Syrians, Iraqis, Lebanese, Afghans, Yemenis, Palestinians, Ukrainians & others felt the mixed feelings Iranians & Kurds felt yesterday. Feelings of enthusiasm, pain, anger & huge hope!

We shall free ourselves! Freedom shall prevail from Damascus to Tehran!

“What will come, will come. And we’ll just have to meet it when it does.” A message from the gentlest of giants.

[Wizarding World @wizardingworld]

We are hugely saddened to hear of the passing of the magnificent Robbie Coltrane who played Hagrid with such kindness, heart and humour in the Harry Potter films. He was a wonderful actor, a friend to all and he will be deeply missed.

"You’re often told in Hollywood, implicitly or explicitly, that the characters are too young, too brown or too Muslim, or that if one show about a person of color is made, then that’s it — you don’t need to make another one. That needs to change."

[Dr. Julie de Azevedo @drjdeazevedo]

Teaching and accepting a set of beliefs uncritically is indoctrination.
If you teach them a set of beliefs and how to think critically, it’s not indoctrination.

[Women's March @womensmarch]

Nearly 80% of incidents of rape and assault go unreported. When a survivor does speak up, they deserve to be believed.

I’m disgusted that the state I live in passed a law that does not allow for police officer accountability.

[ACLU @ACLU]

BREAKING: We’re suing Arizona over a law that makes it a crime to record police officers if you’re within 8 feet of them.

We have a First Amendment right to record police in public. Full stop.

[Women's March @womensmarch]

Fighting the patriarchy means fighting internalized misogyny.

[Katie Hobbs @katiehobbs]

I'm traveling to every corner of this state to learn from our communities what issues matter most to them because Arizonans deserve a governor who listens. I'm ready to be a reproductive & voting rights champion - will you RT to help me reach 100k followers and spread the word?

Reproductive rights, our economy, and solving our water crisis are all on the ballot this November. We need to knock every door, talk to our friends and neighbors, and fight like heck to win this election. 🚪👟🗣️

"There were hundreds that day who honored their oaths and put their lives on the line to protect the people inside the Capitol and safeguard our democracy... their service and sacrifice shines a bright light on President Trump’s dishonor and dereliction of duty."
