A good manager doesn’t just listen to your feelings, they solve your feelings.
They seek to understand your frustrations and where those feelings are coming from and then they solve the problem causing it.
Fastest way to make more money, to grow, to get healthier, to have a better life?
Proactively put yourself into an extremely uncomfortable position and then figure it out. Every day.
That’s it.
The new American Dream is laziness.
People aren’t proactive anymore. They’re terrified of being uncomfortable.
So instead they are reactive. Lazy.
The main differentiator between those that are successful and those that aren’t is being proactive.
The bar is on the floor.
It’s also why I’m against IVF. If you can’t get pregnant, that means you’re imbalanced somewhere. And forcing a pregnancy in that situation leads to increased issues for baby.
You can’t grow a healthy baby when there’s no nutrients there to grow it with.
Women deserve better.
Something that mainstream doctors don’t communicate to women is the amount of nutrients your body needs to make a baby.
A simple prenatal is NOT enough. If you’re already deficient (and most of us are) you’re passing those deficiencies down to your baby.
Most issues tie back to magnesium deficiency.
Waking up often, nightmares, irritability, stress, worry and anxiety, dark circles under your eyes, all tie back to low magnesium.
Want to drastically increase your quality of life?
Magnesium.
You’re not burnt out because of your job.
You’re burnt out because you’ve spent your entire life sacrificing your needs for others.
You don’t need to quit, you need to learn how to set boundaries.
I TRIPLED my income in 5 years just by taking my same set of skills and using them at a new company instead of hoping for a pay raise.
I literally did the exact same thing, I just did it at companies that paid more.
Getting paid lots of money at your job isn’t that deep.
A bad feeling is enough of a reason for you to leave the company you work for.
Five years ago I left 3 positions in 3 months because they weren’t up to my standards when I got there. Each company had massive layoffs.
You don’t need to “tough it out”. You need to trust your gut.
