Want to get rid of your phone and social media on an international trip, just take roaming services from @reliancejio . No network... No data... Beg for wifi. Your family suffers because @JioCare doesn't care at all. @TRAI
Still no shame @JioCare . They can't arrange a simple call back to a customer who was mentally and emotionally harassed by @reliancejio on a foreign land with his family. Reading the rules are easy but being fair and professional is tough. @TRAI can you please intervene here.
@JioCare Your customer executive team has my number. Everyday I am wasting hours chatting with them on wifi. Traveling with a phone without network and data along with family on a foreign land, you guys can't imagine the mental harassment. Refund my money and I am preparing my complaint.
