What can be a better news than this. Most notorious Rhino Poacher arrested in a joint operation of Forest and Police. He was the kingpin of all poaching happened since 2014 in North Bengal. He used to arrange funds, guns, trackers and had international linkages. He was operating remotely with changing places and numbers etc. Finally in the net.
