@reliancejio @JioCare I would like to inform you that I have already contacted the Jio service team in Barhaj, District Deoria, Uttar Pradesh regarding the ongoing issue. The technician has visited my location twice for rectification; however, the problem still persists as before.

I once again request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and arrange for a technician to visit my premises today to resolve the issue permanently. If the issue is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to escalate my grievance to higher authorities within the Reliance Jio management.

@JioCare The arrogant attitude of Jio is not acceptable. I want to inform you that I will not continue recharging your services if this persists. My set-top box has not been working for the last 3 days. I have already called your customer care and also informed you via X, but no action has been taken so far. Kindly resolve this issue immediately. @DoT_India please take action against @JioCare. @Airtel_Presence is available in our areas plz don't force to switch to @airtelindia

Dear @DoT_India, please register my complaint against @JioCare and @reliancejio. Despite repeated attempts, their team has shown poor service and an unresponsive attitude. Customer issues are being ignored. Kindly intervene.
