I'm totally patience with @BritishGas - we bought new house and received bill to "the occupier" which we paid promptly. When we questioned the bill they kindly set us up an unwanted account, transfered the energy consumption but not the fact that we had paid the bill. Its a farce

Thanks to @Ticketmaster it looks like we are going to miss @duranduran at @BSTHydePark tomorrow. Still no tickets snd all I keep being told is that it's a security feature. Meanwhile hotel prices have rocketed. #gutted after 2 years of waiting
