Well this is great a @premierinn system error cost me around £100 but I can't get anywhere because their reservation team don't have an email and their guest relation team say it's nothing to do with them

@premierinn just checked in to PI at Stratford - given a room key and headed up to the room. Looks like someone just left, bins full, beds a mess and not changed. Dirty coffee cups. 5hrs since checkout and the room not made up. Terrible
@sallyyyyy19@premierinn I had a similar issue with an always on bathroom fan two years ago.
The terms say you must not disturb other guests, so in such circumstances I'm not sure how you are supposed to report such things without disturbing other guests.

@premierinn I made a complaint yesterday morning, was told it was being dealt with and I’d hear asap and I’m still waiting over 24 hours later. I’m very disappointed as we use you for all of our UK stays.
