[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@21JonathanJames @himansh36013599 @deerpointmacro @xelan_gta @REWoman @StephenPunwasi @CanIndian_Bro @SteveSaretsky @FinEconGlobal @VinceGaetano @agentgina1 @EstateLevy @danielfoch @RealAndyLeeShow @MPelletierCIO tax free growth .. no economics major but I tend to disagree

[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@jo_maselli @osbcucscso @AlexisDawsonTO hope all is ok .. we are doing a podcast .. check your messages on twitter

Can I say that the deal was not great and yes it was ratified with an approx. 73 to 76 percentile but approx only 41k of 55k members voted and they had the convenience of voting online. I wish the entire voting group VOTED !!

[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@DavenportFogel @RE_MarketWatch they caught the guy it was a random ass who did it and unfortunately what can be done about it .. More security? the same security that everyone doesn't want in our schools for violence.. I don't know anymore ?????

[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@himansh36013599 @EstateLevy @hijibijihulo @deerpointmacro @xelan_gta @REWoman @StephenPunwasi @ManyBeenRinsed @CanIndian_Bro @SteveSaretsky @FinEconGlobal @VinceGaetano @agentgina1 @danielfoch @RealAndyLeeShow @MPelletierCIO flipper 1 to 2 years with a 20 percent down-payment is an investor. flippers are low risk high reward but down-payment have really been adjusted to eliminate the flippers and speculators

[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@himansh36013599 @EstateLevy @hijibijihulo @deerpointmacro @xelan_gta @REWoman @StephenPunwasi @ManyBeenRinsed @CanIndian_Bro @SteveSaretsky @FinEconGlobal @VinceGaetano @agentgina1 @danielfoch @RealAndyLeeShow @MPelletierCIO flipping previous term but with prices too high and cost to flip crazy? it is really Leveraging now

[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@himansh36013599 @EstateLevy @hijibijihulo @deerpointmacro @xelan_gta @REWoman @StephenPunwasi @ManyBeenRinsed @CanIndian_Bro @SteveSaretsky @FinEconGlobal @VinceGaetano @agentgina1 @danielfoch @RealAndyLeeShow @MPelletierCIO closing the condo sold for 950k..

For.most part a developer will allow only 1 assignment per sale.only and usually near closing date and not numerous times.. Imagine the flip of a million now .. All they are really doing is leveraging equity to purchase something else..

[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@himansh36013599 @EstateLevy @hijibijihulo @deerpointmacro @xelan_gta @REWoman @StephenPunwasi @ManyBeenRinsed @CanIndian_Bro @SteveSaretsky @FinEconGlobal @VinceGaetano @agentgina1 @danielfoch @RealAndyLeeShow @MPelletierCIO ok soory thanks

[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@himansh36013599 @EstateLevy @hijibijihulo @deerpointmacro @xelan_gta @REWoman @StephenPunwasi @ManyBeenRinsed @CanIndian_Bro @SteveSaretsky @FinEconGlobal @VinceGaetano @agentgina1 @danielfoch @RealAndyLeeShow @MPelletierCIO My opinion is that if so many people were making tons of money , then why isn't everyone doing it. No I value real estate as a RRSP long term retirement plan . The ones that flip are not flipping 1million houses and 750k condos. So much miss info.. If it's so easy , then do it

[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@EstateLevy @hijibijihulo @himansh36013599 @deerpointmacro @xelan_gta @REWoman @StephenPunwasi @ManyBeenRinsed @CanIndian_Bro @SteveSaretsky @FinEconGlobal @VinceGaetano @agentgina1 @danielfoch @RealAndyLeeShow @MPelletierCIO not the same .. with all the pre cost there is not the buy and quick sell . It is the investment for sure but it is for the future and not short term gain. A market player who buys Disney and Apple stock is not someone who plays market ?

[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@hijibijihulo @himansh36013599 @deerpointmacro @xelan_gta @REWoman @StephenPunwasi @ManyBeenRinsed @CanIndian_Bro @SteveSaretsky @FinEconGlobal @VinceGaetano @agentgina1 @EstateLevy @danielfoch @RealAndyLeeShow @MPelletierCIO Not at all but the real este market is not a game or a stock market. The investment in Real Estate should be your closest investment to a Must have , Sure thing as a society member. That's why we continue to fight for everyone to have home ownership and affordability

[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@velvetrorschach @gwilson5062 @maritstiles so tell me then , is NDP Ms. Horvath not the obvious choice for leader then . 1,2 3 4 elections... What is different now that the NDP is the right choice . Potential leader, Platform change, Vision Change. We knew what Ford was going to do and still a majority.. SAD

[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@himansh36013599 @deerpointmacro @xelan_gta @REWoman @StephenPunwasi @ManyBeenRinsed @CanIndian_Bro @SteveSaretsky @FinEconGlobal @VinceGaetano @agentgina1 @EstateLevy @danielfoch @RealAndyLeeShow @MPelletierCIO Yes or no is the reason people get in trouble. I have been a realtor too long to have that simple an answer. Qualification, ratios, affordability, down-payment, location and reason to sell are just the first wave of questions IF I AM DOING MY DUE DELIGENCE !!

[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@PistachioCap @himansh36013599 @deerpointmacro @xelan_gta @REWoman @StephenPunwasi @ManyBeenRinsed @CanIndian_Bro @SteveSaretsky @FinEconGlobal @VinceGaetano @agentgina1 @EstateLevy @danielfoch @RealAndyLeeShow @MPelletierCIO My problem is the sale is done and now you are effecting peoples lives my your opinion .. don't show a picture or a property and say that a sale happened in gta and then opine all you want ...

[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@maritstiles @osbcucscso Ms. Stiles, why only 41k of 55k available to vote

[DeMichele,Antonio (Tony) @asktonyd]

@foothillsTO with a bad back and a son who works too much yes and also a tree that decides to fall in December 😀😀
