@robwitwer These sheds will replace the scaffolding outside of buildings. Their sole purpose is to shield pedestrians from falling debris. The roofs of these sheds are also perforated so they wouldn't block anyone underneath from the rain.

@salazaraphael @DawnwalkerGame No, the "negative" stats are the old equipment stats you're losing. So it goes back down to 0%. If you unequip everything and try to equip something there will be no red because you're not losing anything.
