🚨 For weeks, ADF has warned Congress that activists could misuse the preemption language in the Protect College Sports Act to undermine states’ women’s sports laws.
We're urging the Senate to swiftly clarify before this bill reaches a vote.

🚨 URGENT: The current version of the Protect College Sports Act could jeopardize women’s sports. Every Senator who cares about women’s equal opportunity should act immediately to clarify that this bill does not preempt state laws protecting girls’ sports.
There is a simple fix available: ensure the preemption of state laws is narrow.
We are living in a moment where lawyers can’t even define what a woman is. There’s no room for ambiguity. Let’s not undo the hard-fought gains or pass permanent legislation that could jeopardize these victories.
We are thankful for President Trump’s legacy of protecting women’s sports to date. We don’t want to see it undone.
It’s time to keep girls on the field, not sideline them again.
Femininity isn't something to overcome — rightly ordered, it's one of the most powerful tools in God's kingdom.
That's why I wrote Lead Like Jael.
A biblical vision of marriage, motherhood, & work for the silent majority of women rising up today. 🥳

I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of my friend and colleague, Congressman Doug LaMalfa, who died today at the age of 65.
Doug was a principled conservative, a devoted husband and father, and a tireless advocate for the people of Northern California. He brought a steady, common-sense voice to the House of Representatives and never forgot who he was fighting for: rural communities, working families, farmers, and the values that make our nation strong.
I had the privilege of serving with Doug as an active member of the Values Action Team, which I chair. In that role, Doug consistently stood for faith, family, and the sanctity of life, and he was committed to preserving the freedoms and moral foundations that our country was built upon. His leadership and conviction strengthened our work and encouraged many of us who served alongside him.
Doug’s passing is a tremendous loss to Congress and to the nation. My prayers are with his wife, Jill, their four children, and everyone in California’s 1st District who knew and loved him.
May God comfort his family and his staff and grant them peace during this difficult time.
The rising antisemitism on college campuses is extremely concerning.
@HouseGOP and @Robert_Aderholt are holding government agencies accountable and demanding oversight of the institutions on the receiving end of your taxpayer dollars.
I’ve been told that the pastors that were being held in Nicaragua have been released. These are answered prayers. I’ve spoken to the Hancock family and they are overjoyed that everyone will soon be home. More details on their release will be coming soon.
Thank you, @Robert_Aderholt, for fighting to stop President Biden's illegal executive overreach that turned VA hospitals into abortion facilities, and made taxpayers foot the bill for these elective abortions, even in pro-life states.
Proud to join @cjvalues and @ymenken advocating n Congress against anti-Semitism and on behalf of Torah values, here with @aspenfrederick and @CharmaineYoest of the House Values Action Team staff
Last night we celebrated that an honorable, well-qualified, and accomplished woman, Amy Coney Barrett, was sworn in as the newest Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. I am confident that she will serve our country and our Constitution faithfully.
The dealmaking President brokered two historic peace agreements between Israel, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates, unlike anything achieved for decades before him—within weeks of each other.
On President @realDonaldTrump's watch, peace in the Middle East is within reach.
She's exceptionally accomplished.
She's widely applauded.
She has risen to the top of her field.
And she would be the FIRST mother of school-aged children EVER to serve on the United States Supreme Court.
Women across America have a role model in Judge Amy Coney Barrett.
