अब नैरेटिव ये है - वोट चोरी हुई है तो सबूत दो, कोर्ट जाओ।
सबूत हम दें? फिर कहोगे आप ही जाँच कर लो!
ये हम बताये कि किस आदमी का नाम कटा है, कहाँ गड़बड़ी दिख रही है और जो एजेंसी आपके पास है, डेटा आपके पास है, पूरी प्रक्रिया आपके हाथ में है- वो क्या करेगा?

और कोर्ट का रास्ता भी आपको अपनी सुविधा के हिसाब से याद आता है। बुलडोजर से सज़ा देने की बात हो, एनकाउंटर को तुरंत न्याय बताकर वाहवाही लूटनी हो, तब कहाँ चला जाता है ये तर्क कि पहले सबूत दो, अदालत जाओ, फैसला आने दो? वहाँ तो आप खुद ही फैसला सुना देते हैं। तब न्याय व्यवस्था पर आपका भरोसा कहाँ चला जाता है? और जनता सवाल पूछे तो उसे ज्ञान देते हो- सबूत हैं तो कोर्ट जाओ!

बंगाल में वोटर लिस्ट का मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक पहुँचा था, अपील में लोगों के नाम भी वापस जुड़े थे। क्या ये जाँच और जवाबदेही माँगने के लिए काफ़ी नहीं है? जिनका नाम गलत कटा, उनका नाम वापस जोड़ दिया और काम ख़त्म हो गया ? अगर तब तक चुनाव निकल गया तो उनके वोट देने के अधिकार का क्या हुआ? उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी कौन लेगा?

ये बताओ कि गड़बड़ी कैसे हुई, किसकी ज़िम्मेदारी थी?
ये पता करना चुनाव आयोग का काम है ना कि जनता का? पूरी प्रक्रिया आपके हाथ में और पूरी चोरी चाहते हो janta साबित करे! वाह भाई, कमाल है। एजेंसी जनता के टैक्स से मौज करें?

अरे, जनता ने गड़बड़ी की तरफ़ इशारा किया है, मामले सामने रखे हैं, प्रथम दृष्टया सवाल खड़े किए हैं। अब जाँच की ज़िम्मेदारी आपक़ी है । रिकॉर्ड सामने रखिए, जवाब दीजिए, पारदर्शिता दिखाइए।

आज 2 अक्टूबर है, गांधी जयंती है। बापू ने हमें सत्य, शांति और अहिंसा का रास्ता दिखाया था।

लेकिन आज के दिन भी तड़ीपार अमित शाह की पुलिस प्रदर्शनकारियों को अमानवीय तरीके से डिटेन कर रही है, संविधान की प्रस्तावना का अपमान के साथ लाठियों, आंसू गैस के गोलों, पानी की बौछारों और हवाई फायरिंग की तैयारी में है।

जिस दिन देश को शांति का संदेश देना चाहिए था, उस दिन गृह मंत्री की पुलिस हिंसा और दमन का संदेश दे रही है।

ये गांधी के भारत पर गोडसे की सोच का हमला है।
