@luinalaska are small, 2 bdr, bungalow-style, (reasonably priced) actual starter homes with small yards for kids/pets to play. Those come with more sense of ownership and allows the residents to feel more part of the actual homeowner community than with condos/townhouses…

Ppl should do more research on dog breeds beforehand. Maybe a “little rat dog” would fit their lifestyle better. I knew an energetic working dog wouldn’t work for me.
