"cancellation requests must be completed by telephone. As this step was not taken, the service remained active."

Refusing full refund of unauthorized debits.

@OliverKell_ Might be a fair few waiting in the wings to short at the bounce so chop for sure or full blown rejection. Poor sentiment this quarter towards the big players is showing up in price action, rotation and news. Might take some very favourable reactions to reports to really kick in.

$IEZ (Daily C&H?) and $FAN (If it finds support at the 6mth) don't look too bad to me.

This move down in the $QQQ was, thankfully, fairly easy to spot. Big push down, feeble rally back, weakness intraday. For me, it looks like long term tightness in the Energy sector with a potential for a huge run (need to look more closely whether that's traditional or renewable), then Utilities, Real Estate (with falling mortgage rates) & Staples. What's your take? @RichardMoglen @OliverKell_ @jfsrevg
