We love hearing the laughter of children in Gaza, a sound soothing to the heart. Yet watching them play amidst the wreckage is extremely sad. This video was taken this week in Eastern Zaytouna in Gaza City, help rebuild: https://t.co/tiDIDoGG3r
The Sameer Project receive daily cases of child injuries or cases of rashes from the rubble. Many of the children walk around barefoot getting nails in their little feet.
The military occupation tried to make Gaza unlivable but the Sameer Project started a campaign to clean the rubble and set up tents for families. With whatever resources available, we will do what we can to make the streets safer and more accessible for Palestinians in Gaza.

"The apocalyptic violence in #Palestine also signals to other states that there are no consequences for starving civilians and decimating whole societies, returning us to the scorched earth era of colonial counter-insurgency."
This is the future if Zionism is not defeated.
Smoke was still rising from Beirut’s southern suburbs Saturday, visible to many who had fled their homes there the night before to escape Israel’s bombardment.
By morning, hundreds of families were sleeping on beaches or in cars around Lebanon's capital. https://t.co/Cm3NHBBNEw
All I’m saying is that accepting the deaths of Palestinians in exchange for stopping Trump is a deeply uncomfortable exchange that’s being presented by the political situation. And many are accepting it. But being angry at others for even expressing that discomfort is childish.
Minnesota delegate: “Our governor is about to say folksy things…calling people weird…It's weird to say ceasefire & keep sending the fire…What the hell democracy do we have when it's funding genocide…everybody wants to feel good & have a damn party when we're killing people.”
"There is no music that you can play on the main stage during this convention that’s going to make us forget the sounds and the tears of all of the children that we saw laid on the hospital floors,” said Thaer Ahmad, a doctor who recently worked in Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis
There is a bizarre misconception that the Black Palestinian population is limited to hundreds in Jerusalem. The largest Black Palestinian population is in Gaza (over 20,000 ) - currently displaced and living through a genocide alongside their neighbors and countrymen.
interesting to see antiblackness deployed in a similar way to antisemitism. transformed into a rhetorical tool meant to shut down critique, dissent, rigor. accusations of both are impossible to defend against because the definitions are moving targets
anyone interested in the history of Black-Palestinian solidarity (and understanding some of the frictions/contradictions like MLK's zionism) should listen to this podcast episode with Robin Kelley: https://t.co/aqFxh0ptrX
All while looking at her notes on what exactly to say in Arizona when the protests eventually happen, instead of a genuine, thoughtful response to genocide.
Vinesh Phogat led the protest against a powerful sexual predator, got assaulted by the police, and harassed by pro-govt shills.
Today she just became the first Indian woman wrestler to qualify for the final in Olympic history.
What an iconic story—one for the history books 🔥
Harris is tasked with proving she'd take a new path on Israel/Palestine.
Picking a VP who volunteered in IDF; wrote Palestinians are "too battle-minded" for peace; wants to target schools that divest from an apartheid government; and compares protestors to KKK may hurt that case.
