The street design is the number one contributing factor to safer streets; if a street is designed for highway speeds, people will drive highway speeds.

@TheKevinDalton @eyeofbass The streets were not designed to be safe for pedestrians; they are designed for the car, everyone else is secondary. This law makes the streets just a bit safer. You should look both ways to cross the street, but why is it only on the ped? This makes it easier for the driver.
