@elig @brandonlp @DreamHost Yeah, it has "no teeth" except... it goes on record, and people can publicly see it, and when they don't resolve it, they get a worse rating by the BBB. So, it's like TrustPilot... but more trustworthy

@SetraHosting Looks like Bluehost is pretty bad on TrustPilot. But you guys also have 15% negative reviews (3x more than Dreamhost), which doesn't bode well.
In reality, I could get by with a SINGLE page for my raffles. Don't need to pay a bunch of money for that, but I DO need it to stay up

@harrislarryd @bluehost Whatever you do, avoid @DreamHost ! Their server went down, then my entire website disappeared (couldn't access any of the files to even download and migrate), and it has taken 10 DAYS to even be able to access my files to migrate (Bluehost is one of the ones I'm checking out!)

@brandonlp @DreamHost @DreamHostCare You could raise a dispute with your credit card company. That's what I am about to do. They are trying to prevent me from cancelling by saying that, once I do, it will halt them from restoring my backed up files. Which they haven't restored for a week now...

@skystracloud No, no ETA at all. No responses anymore, either. I have filed complaints with TrustPilot, BBB, FTC, and CA business departments at this point.
I checked you guys out, but the problem is that your pricing is more than just going through WordPress themselves (which is all I need)

@ghengis317 @DreamHost File review at TrustPilot, complaint at BBB, and, if you can't access your files to migrate to a new host, file for false advertising at FTC and CA business portals. The more people do these things, the stronger the case will be...
