A few controversial things I believe:
1) I hope my kids don’t go through a hip hop / rap music phase like I did. That stuff is garbage for the mind.
2) If Trump would stop being nasty it would be a guaranteed win but he can’t. Just like 2020. Vance is also a jerk. Disappointing as a Republican. But I don’t care that much because I’ve built a good life regardless.
3) Chipotle is good again, I like it.
4) stocks are gonna drop over next 6 months.
5) rates are going to drop over next 6 months.
6) once your friends kids get into sports, you will see your friends a lot less.
7) the south in the summer sucks. I need to make more money so I can spend June-August in Colorado.
8) I think Christianity is going to come back hard over the next 20 years.
9) I’m glad DEI and the woke bullshit is dying. I don’t think that stuff helped anybody.
10) politics is a total waste of mental energy. I will follow very little over next 3 months.
11) riding a bike is really fun.
12) being a fit 35 year old gives you a ton of confidence because it is so rare. Worth investing here.
13) a badass wife is such an asset. Mainly one who doesn’t get all worked up about little stuff. I see so many other wives who are a huge pain in the ass because of that one thing and they are tough to live with.
14) owning a little less of a business or asset is worth it if it means motivating awesome partners to kick ass and make the pie bigger.
15) not giving a shit what people think about you is hard but something I’ve improved upon. It is a superpower.
16) business is hard and stressful. It doesn’t get easier, you just make more money the better you get at it.
17) kids are babies today. Their parents fight every battle and do everything they can to make life easy. I think this is bad. Raises weak, entitled kids who can’t hack it in the real world.
18) I miss Chris Powers here. I hope he comes back.
19) having kids is super rewarding. It’s hard but so amazing when you see a mini you do something well or learn.
20) the south is a way better place to raise kids. They are more respectful and better communicators. It rubs off on your kids.
21) a sauna was the best investment I’ve made recently. Sleep is 10x better.
22) I think people should supplement vitamin D, fish oils and magnesium. No brainer.
23) getting a colonoscopy at 35 should be the norm for people with a lot to lose. $1500 to check a major killer off your list.
24) porn lowers sex drive and ruins marriages. Avoid it.
25) mountain biking sunglasses are better than normal ones. I wear mine all the time.
26) low cost of living cities are great. I bought a 3,000 sf new build for $289k in 2018 and I still live in it today. Allows for more investing and less stress.
27) I don’t know any mentally stable people who are vegan. I look forward to meeting one someday and changing my mind.
28) a house cleaner is a no brainer $150 a week. Best investment ever.
29) drive a large vehicle. They are safer. Physics matters. Teslas sit too low.
30) there is nothing better than a golf trip on the schedule to look forward to with good buddies.
31) people need to get married earlier and have kids younger. Too many choices nowadays isn’t good for people. Meet somebody you can trust who doesn’t freak out about small stresses and get married.
32) nobody is going to give you permission to kick ass and make a lot of money. Actually they don’t want you to do it because it makes them feel bad about themselves.

@StationCDRKelly I strongly disagree. Forcing your pronouns upon others when they didn’t ask, and implicitly ostracizing those who don’t, is neither good nor kind to anyone.
As for Fauci, he lied to Congress and funded gain-of-function research that killed millions of people. Not awesome imo.
