@FitFounder I am 5’10” and 65 kg - gained 4 kilos in 2 years, lift 3x weekly and run 1-2x weekly (for the last 2 years). Despite not being overweight, I have a lot of lower belly fat and haven’t put on much muscle (although I have become stronger) - would love your help.

@BioLayne Layne - I heard somewhere that there was a “Big IF” study conducted with 140k subjects. Not sure if it was total calorie balanced or not between the IF and the control group. Is this a study you view as meaningful and relevant? Would love to get your view.

@ManipalHealth Bangalore Airport Road hospital is a sham. No clarity on insurance coverage provided at admission. Items used in the OT being classified as non medical. Huge bill raised not covered by insurance. I am told it’s the patient’s responsibility to know. What a scam!

@Finstor85 Sir what's your view on Thoughtworks? Feels like a business of similar quality to say epam but has corrected a lot more and doesn't have the kind of customer conc issues that plague the likes of TDCX and TaskUs. Trades much cheaper than peers with 15% consistent growth as well.

@manohar_sram It’s meant to avoid currency coming under undue pressure. Basically the US is offering to swap USD for INR at market rates so that the supply of USD is available to other countries. Idea being this will avoid undue strengthening of the USD and also any contagion risk.
