A man can pay to work out. He will build his strength and contribute to the success of his gym.Β
Or
A man can work out for free with F3. He will build his strength and contribute to his community and the strengthening of other men.
@F3IronPax @F3VHS Itβs been a journey, my dudes β€οΈ
Iβve been asking myself whether or not I want to get back into tweeting. Iβve got so much to say but Twitter feels like a lot of overthinking and not a lot of real life impact.
Either way, itβs nice to be missed! Thanks for the tag ππ»
The mission of F3 is to Plant Grow and Serve mens ( small) workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadershipβ¦.the true fellowship and relationships happen in small groups
@F3_TRUEbadours Itβs always challenging to accept that a large AO needs to break off into new ones, but itβs what keeps us close. And then thereβs room to keep growing at the new AOβs.
Large numbers are a common metric to determine if an AO is successful. I think thatβs valid.
But the four-man workout from this morning was successful in a different way. We got to know each other and connect in ways that large workouts donβt allow for.
Both ways have value.
@roybrosdrywall Dude when people post the meme about what movie traumatized you as a kid, everyoneβs like Jaws, Nightmare on Elm Street and Iβm like Truman Show.
@F3_ItalianJob Sharing creativity can be risky. What if people think itβs lame? What if the idea gets shot down? What if I get consumed by a project and nobody appreciates it?
Your point is well-made; all of those things put the weight of success on the reactions of others.
@F3_ItalianJob Sometimes you can even ask, βAre you looking for a solution right now, or do you just want to talk about it?β The clarity helps avoid frustration.
