The cherry on top was scrapping the COOP series for there new Dynasty series. Nothing but a series of NLH events with tons of PKO and Mystery events. No trophies just the normal slop of what they offer anyways and the players stayed away in droves.

Its puzzling why they even use the name PokerStars. Its nothing like what it used to be and while they got rid of the amazing support decades ago they got rid of the one thing that made Stars special which was the software. BetMGM, BetRivers and WSOP have started to lap them.

This is talked about about in the US Poker Community Discord. @PokerStarsUSA ditching the old legacy software for this new IPoker platform has been a disaster. PokerStars on Fanduel is not your old school PS. No one on staff understands poker and customer support is trash.

Completely brain dead structures which are out of line with the old stars or Rest of World Stars structures. Sometimes 12bb final tables.

New software doesn't offer any mixed games. When launched it did have Stud and Razz but for some reason killed those off. We've been promised 8 Game Mix was coming this Fall and support said that isn't happening now.

Disconnection issues are a real and common thing and the new software has no disconnect protection. As of 10-7 support acknowledged and are "working on it"

The pre-set pot sized bet button doesn't calculate the pot correctly. Bet slider is unusable, no ability to custom preset bet amounts on app.

Want to play a satellite to the nightly PLO event? Well we can only run NLH satellites.

💸 ACR STILL CHEATING SPORTSBETTORS AFTER PROMISING LAST MONTH TO STOP 💸

Cashouts slowing down for poker players, too. Are they going broke?

Remember 4 weeks ago, when it was exposed that ACR wasn’t letting its sportsbook players withdraw without meeting a HIDDEN TERM of raking 10% in poker?

Recall that these sportsbettors did NOT receive any kind of bonus they had to clear. They simply were not allowed to have their money until they raked THOUSANDS in poker — a game many of them didn’t even play.

This was a huge controversy, and CEO Phil Nagy PROMISED to either prominently disclose this requirement in a location all sportsbettors would see prior to depositing, or remove it altogether.

None of this has happened. ACR is still CHEATING its sportsbettors in the exact same way, with this extremely hidden and nonstandard withdrawal term.

Phil made the loudest players in September whole, then went right back to ripping everyone off.

This is unacceptable, and again it raises questions about ACR’a liquidity, especially since cashouts for everyone are slower than ever before.

ACR will not respond to anyone questioning this, so it’s time to make this go viral again.

All we ask is that you treat your customers FAIRLY and ETHICALLY, and stop finding bogus reasons to KEEP money rightfully belonging to your players!

What signs? Is Spin-In-Go traffic really that far off the charts? Nothing has gone right since the product switch over. Player feedback is in the shits, you took away all the mixed games. I get that its 5pm on a Tuesday but growth isnt one 6max table of $1-2 and two tables of PLO $1-2.
