@kay_zervak I think a lot of it will involve remembering and understand but also, 'applying' as we may be given different scenarios and situations based on the topics, like different examples of 'Digital Citizenship'.
@DDufour_EDUC307 I believe this is so important, for children the concepts and stereotypes are unknown to them, however; as adults we should be providing children with better role models.
@stphlaedu I learn't a lot from the Digital Citizenship lesson, however; I really found it interesting and still surprising learning about the stereotypes in Disney.
I think a lot of people emphasize the negative of social media and teaching, but through this course and using Twitter it made me realize a lot of positives that can come with it and how easily and beneficial it can be when connecting with others.
I believe it took them longer than it should have, however; it is nice to see movies now with characters from different cultures. https://t.co/Hev0kDEBsd
Disney has created films that now feature main character of colour, allowing children who of different ethnicity background to be able to relate to these characters. #educ307#lesson11
@alexia_lento I have to agree. This is why I think I enjoyed this class, being able to interact with others and read their opinions on a common topic really does help with the material provided to us!
