The Mu'tazilī considers you anthropomorphic and would disqualify you from challenging a Christian's beliefs as well.

Besides this sheep's bleat and conflation of ḥadīth qudsī attribution with quoting israelite narrations..

He forgets to mention how many insults his scholars hurled towards ours. Just 1 of his scholars suffices, namely al-Kawtharī. He insulted major scholars, including saḥāba.

To his demise, the amount of insults to the scholars of Ahlus-Sunnah one can amass from the books of the Ashʿarīs would require volumes upon volumes to cover.

No one is as cringe as this fellow here as to bring that to the table. We would bring insulting the saḥāba though.

Will we ever see him mention that? No, not really. It is clear that this boy's agenda is to use whatever thin straws he can clutch with his hands to try and sway the ignorant away from the scholars of Sunnah.

His entire agenda is to defame Ahlus-Sunnah.

@fawiddchannel @ojora The problem is not with the taʾwīl, or whether this actually matches up with his usūl regarding the pronoun, or whether this ḥadīth indicates with certainty that Allāh has a face. The problem is the motive behind this taʾwīl, and it is very clear from the passage.

@fawiddchannel @ojora He is not rejecting it, he is genuinely unaware of its existence in those books. It is well known that al-Juwaynī and his student al-Ghazālī were not proficient in the science of ḥadīth, especially in their knowledge of the well-known ṣiḥāḥ.

Apparently, everything disagreed upon between "taymis" and Ash'arīs is not a matter of consensus.

Ash'arīs did not have 1 solid stance on anything they disagreed with Ibn Taymiyyah on to begin with.

It seems that if al-Jahm postulated an idea, then there is no longer consensus upon such a belief.

Which side would you like to cease fire first, oh wise one? Should Ahlu-Sunnah remain silent while people like you speak? Or should we preserve rivalry and compete with evil?
