@CapitecBankSA I love paying an R80 transaction fee for an overseas ATM withdrawal that did not happen as no cash came from the ATM. The overseas bank refunds within 4 business days. Over a month later the refund of the Capitec transaction fee has been declined twice. #CapitecFestive

@StandardBankZA @nadineslayman ID check authentication has not been working for more than a week. Even the Std Bank call centre staff say they have experienced the same problem personally. Is anyone in Std Bank IT investigating this?

@mjstainbank @StandardBankZA @TelkomZA Probably your credit card verification is failing as the standard bank server which does the authentication has been down for over a week now. Not sure if there is a solution coming as they are aware of this all the time...
