Atli Coakley

Just very cool middle management kinda guy!

[Atli Coakley @atli31]

@easyJet it's just a name change, a small admin issue! Not a £300 insurance claim, am I going nuts?

[Atli Coakley @atli31]

@easyJet so paying for an extra insurance policy would of stopped your charges????

[Atli Coakley @atli31]

@Simon08Rutter @easyJet generally I find easyjet acceptable but on this occasion as frequent flyer, no chance!!

[Atli Coakley @atli31]

@easyJet I don't mind and I was willing to pay the admin charge! That's basically buying two tickets for one flight!

[Atli Coakley @atli31]

@easyJet why when the ticket has already being purchased and its just an admin change should I pay any difference from then to now!

[Atli Coakley @atli31]

@easyJet I can't believe it will cost me £35 + £300 to change a name on a ticket!!! For this cost ive cancelled a holiday! Thanks easyjet
