I ordered 7 subs from @Publix. They called to tell me they were out of the bread we requested, but the subs were ready. When I got to the store they only had 2. They “found” 2 more 5 minutes later. I’ve been waiting on the other 3 for 20 minutes now. What the heck is going on?

We contacted @AAACares for roadside assistance over 14 hours ago, and we’re still stuck on the side of the road in 20 degrees weather. Nobody will give us any updates as to how king we’ll be stuck here.

@AmazonHelp Thanks, but we’ve tried that. Nothing ever improves with the post office here. We really need you to stop using them for our packages. Packages from other vendors get delivered, but they refuse to deliver 90%+ of the packages from Amazon.

@USPS @AmazonHelp It sure would be nice if our local post office ever delivered our packages. I’m not sure why we’re paying for Prime if all our stuff is going to get held at the post office for pickup. I think @amazon needs a new shipping partner for our area.
