Internet in Crimea is basically offline tonight. About 85% of it has been dark since 00:47 local time, now 5+ hours, after a major ongoing power outage across the peninsula.
Officials blame the blackout on an attack on energy infrastructure.

@osradar current state:
half its main availability zones are down. ru-central1-b (Sasovo) since 8 Oct, ru-central1-a (Vladimir) since yesterday What’s left runs on zones D and E. Gotta be hard to absorb: Yandex froze new capacity and is telling customers to move to other providers
the two Yandex Cloud zones still up aren’t far from the strikes. ru-central1-d reportedly runs from Kaluga, hit on 9 Oct. ru-central1-e, launched in March, sits right next to Vladimir: Yandex says it’s under 1 ms from zone a, with its own power and network.
