Every public-facing govt department (RTO,electricity,water,passport, municipality) there shd be a citizen-rating model-like Uber/Zomato.
Citizen gives rating after work→monthly avg decides incentives/promotions→ public dashboard show which ofc delivers & whc delays. #corruption
