5. It’s 2.25 PM actual ETD and still the flight is boarding. Where are the so called rules and policies. Are the rules and policies are for indigo passengers only!!!

@IndiGo6E 4. You have all the records and you can check your records and verify how you treat passengers who are just 5 mins late to the gate and all the passengers have to wait for 12 minutes for the gates to open. Double standards of indigo airlines are not acceptable

@IndiGo6E 3. There should be equality both sides which is against the differentiation policy of Indigo airlines. After showing my legal emergency I was denied to be even heard.

Indigo contact me immediately to sort this out else I will be proceeding legal suit against you.

@IndiGo6E 2. Now the my second flight is not boarding until 2.10 PM when the ETA is 2.25 PM.
I have been charged for being just 5 mins late and now I want compensation for my both flights as well as the business loss occurred to me as now indigo is 12 minutes late.

1. I was not allowed to board flight 6E134 as I was 5 mins late to the boarding gate. I was at the O level where there are no speakers for the announcement to be heard and I have been charged for another flight 6E997 to travel to Gandhinagar.
