We still have many patients who cannot afford robotic surgery in Brazil, but this should not be an excuse to offer treatment with inferior results. Lap surgery in experienced hands is still an excellent option: short video with a full bilateral nerve sparing radical prostatectomy

@youness94856331 Thanks, I dont use it. Generaly I use a suprapubic trocar to expose the prostate or bladder the same way as the 3rd arm during the robotic assisted.
