3rd time I've called and put through to automated voice service where I've waited for 20+ minutes each time?

@Telstra @Telstra / Austin - This "Something went wrong" error message is prevalent irrespective of which device or network we attempt to use. We've tried different devices (Mac and PC) as well as different browsers. Not very impressed as a potential new customer.

@Optus - Why does it take your customer services team over 25 minutes (and waiting) to answer a call ? It's 10:30 am in the morning!!! I'm phoning you to tell you how rubbish and unreliable your fixed wireless NBN service is (down for 5 days so far). Rubbish Customer Services!

@erinaf23 @Optus @Optus - What the hell is going on? Fixed Wireless down in the Sunshine Coast - Queensland area for over 24 hours!!! As if your ADSL 2+ service wasn’t bad enough, your *all new* NBN Fixed wireless service appears to be equally rubbish! FFS! It’s 2019, get with the programme!!

@TigerairAU - your customer services call centre is about as reliable as your airline itself ... 54 minutes and still waiting to speak to someone. Absolutely appalling service! How the Australian consumer ombudsman allows you to operate is beyond me!

@Qantas Have just been advised (by your checkin staff) to contact 131313 for more information and what to do about cancelled flights. What a useless service that is. What a joke!

@Qantas @sydneydomestic 2 flight cancellations in less than 12 hours + Delayed notification of the cancellations themselves. God help you in the event of a real natural disaster #QF556 #QF500 . Absolutely useless!!
