One of my highlights of @aclfestival was @MileyCyrus with the Tina Turner vibes with stiletto boots and an amazing jumper. A TRUE rock & roll performer. I knew very little about the Hanna Montana superstar but I’m glad I watched this iconic moment. 🙏🙏🙏
