The bill received more than the simple majority required for passage in the House, once again demonstrating that a majority of the U.S. Congress supports continued aid to Ukraine.

It is the first Ukraine aid bill to pass the House since the new administration took office. The legislation strengthens Ukraine’s defense, tightens sanctions on Russia, and supports efforts to return abducted Ukrainian children.

But, as always, this is not the end. The bill must now pass the Senate and be signed by President Trump. At this point, both remain significant challenges.

I wpupd just let him have his episode. When he's calming down, offer hug, remind him he needs to get in car and then try again. Does depend on the character but my kid usually will comply after the fit. If not, then will eventually force him in again, he'll be fighting less by then. (Distractions do not work for mine once she is at that level)
