HUGE news: we're so proud to announce that @Clearbriefai now integrates with @LexisNexis! This is a partnership we have dreamed about since I founded the company in 2020.
You might know that the Clearbrief platform in Word automatically analyzes your document to detect citations and display the source in the righthand side of Word. Clearbrief does this for both factual and legal sources, and now LexisNexis legal research subscribers can link their subscription to view any legal source right from Lexis - while drafting in Clearbrief.
Clearbrief is used to find factual evidence to support any idea you need to bolster in your writing, as well as:
- create instant hyperlinked timelines
- turn those timelines into Verified (hyperlinked) demand letters and statements of fact
-instantly create a Table of Authorities, exhibits for filing, and hyperlinked pleadings for secure filing with the court and clients.
And critically: Clearbrief also gives you an AI score that flags where your writing may not be supported by the case or statute you cited, and highlights bad citations to fake cases.
We believe that checking over the cited law and evidence has to be simple and quick, or attorneys may not do it thoroughly. Our platform in Word helps ensure your firm will never file a pleading with a made-up case.
With this integration, Lexis subscribers can now seamlessly click on the displayed case from within Clearbrief. If they want to dig deeper into the legal research, they can click to continue their legal research journey inside the Lexis platform.
