@DisneyDLV Is there something up with the Sunstone fragments quest? I've been trying to get the morning fragment for over a week now. It's 9am central, clearly morning, and it's not spawning on Xbox or PC (i dont have it stored away either)? Is morning some other time, maybe?

@TheOnlyRyann What helped me was a heating blanket at the end of the bed. Sounds weird, but not having cold feet made a world of difference.
I have it on a smart plug that turns it off 90 mins after I go to bed.

@EAHelp I've been trying to get support about my sims 3 not loading for 2 days. Ive spoken to 3 people who didnt help, and the site now says there aren't any channels available. Is there a reason I can't get any help?
