30 years ago I was the starting QB at Utah State University. My senior year I got benched. For the next 15 years I walked around feeling like a certified loser. Then I read this quote from Pat Summitt:
'Winning is fun… Sure. But winning is not the point.
Wanting to win is the point.
Not giving up is the point.
Never letting up is the point.
Never being satisfied with what you’ve done is the point.'
It snapped me out of it. If you’re still carrying a sports setback, a benching, a missed opportunity, or any “I’m not enough” story… this is your permission slip to drop it. The game isn’t over. Your story is not yet written. You are still a work in progress. The point is you keep wanting it. You keep getting up. And you listen to that quiet voice that says, "I will try again tomorrow."
Michigan State has received a donation of $401 million, one of the largest in college sports history.
It has come from Greg Williams, the co-founder and CEO of Acrisure.
an emotional Auburn HC Steven Pearl opens his press conference today with a tribute to Christina Chambers:
"She was a beacon. She was a luminary. Lit up a room every time she walked in. She was what we should aspire to be on a day-to-day basis based on how she treated people."
Paul Finebaum received a text message asking whether he would like to trade one life for another.
Would he consider running for the U.S. Senate?
“As long as I live, I cannot explain the next thing I did,” he says.

Paul Finebaum says he decided not to run for Senate in Alabama after the political overlords insisted he “go after woke Disney.” (ESPN)
“I could not do it.”

That targeting call on Auburn was the biggest load of horse shit I’ve ever seen called #ironbowl. What’s he supposed to do? Bring a feather and tickle him?
@Woman_Unruled @YarrowDarr18564@FlagAndFire I live in a rural area and I’ve owned cattle all my life. The video quality is poor but it’s definitely a cow. Cattle raised for beef don’t have large udders like milking cows. A smallish udder is visable at times and she definitely has lady parts up near the base of her tail.
@YarrowDarr18564@FlagAndFire 100% the calf’s momma. I’ve had cattle all of my life. People are seeing her navel hanging and assuming that it’s a penis. This is not a milk cow so her udders aren’t prominent.
