2008/9 - 3.7%
2009/10 - 2.6%
2010/11 - 3.6%

2011/12 (Walker's 1st budget) - 8.3% CUT 😳 (largest in the nation 😳😳).

This isn't the Wisconsin way, it's the Walker way.
