@MrPitbull07 So what will she be buying him? Sounds like she brings nothing to the partnership except an open begging hand.
My wife and I are a partnership who work equally hard to make our lives together better. This woman will have her hand out asking for money the whole marriage.
@Ajarncom 2/2 however £900 a month from 67 is welll worth the contributions. It won’t be what I solely rely on but it’s a big push in the right direction. It stinks Thailand-UK don’t have a reciprocal agreement. If you go back and live/work in uk it resets so I may do that every few years.
@Ajarncom 1/2 A UK state pension is a must in my opinion. So many Brits I’ve spoken to have been brainwashed into the doom and gloom ‘it won’t be worth anything’ or ‘you’ll be 80 before you can get it’ up until recently a years contribution was about £100 new rules mean that’s now £900…..
@ryantegan@skytv I had the same with Virgin. They made negotiation painful so I ended up going to Sky. I actually found the user interface better with Virgin and internet is lightning fast.
The best course of action is to swap between the two when intro offer ends and they won’t play ball.
@DeputyGrocott It’s never productive. Similar to the ‘well they’re okay with me’ about a class with horrendous behaviour issues. I understand not wanting to start with preconceptions but a truthful and sometimes brutally honest transition is worth its weight in gold for children and teachers.
@data_barbs Epson printers with refillable ink tanks will save you a fortune. One set of ink £20-£30 lasts me more than a year and I print at least a hundred sheets a week.
@Ajarncom However unless they pay a big lump sum at the end they never own it. I’d rather have an older car for a few grand that I actually own. Everyone is living on credit nowadays.
@Ajarncom It always used to be people who had a company car would be the ones with a new car on the steer. Loads of people seem to be private leasing cars now. They get to have a posh car for a monthly payment which they can change in 3-5 years.
@andyburnham I have been really impressed with you so far, a real breath of fresh air but you’ve got this one very wrong.
No one who seriously assaults or kills a police officer or any other emergency worker should be anywhere near an early release list.
Listen to the people.
Under a Binface government, anyone who doesn’t accept human-made climate change as fact will be sent back to school, from Year 1 right the way to A Levels, to see if anything goes in the second time round. #VoteBinface
What’s that, @DaleVince? You want to give me an unconditional personal gift of £5million to do whatever I want with? Sure! I just need to fill out a form. If I didn’t declare it that would be silly.
@Ajarncom Thailand will always be seen as a nicer place to teach than China or the Middle East. The better international schools have their pick of candidates. That increased competition for jobs is fierce so wages are driven down unless you are very well qualified and have T1 experience.
@Ajarncom When compared against schools that are paying the same 35k a month, that hasn’t risen in 20 years, it may seem appealing. Cost of living in Thailand has risen significantly, yet wages both at the lower end and upper ends of the scale have stagnated. No pension, no job security.
@DRIVECLUB_GAME The graphics on driveclub especially the rain on windscreen fluid dynamics were pretty amazing for 2014. Gameplay was more arcade than sim but fairly fun.
@DRIVECLUB_GAME Forza has just become a shite hyped need for speed clone. The gaming equivalent of Pitbull with lots of wanker characters in bandanas saying “yea boi” every 10 seconds.
Forza motorsport on the XBOX 360 was a proper racer with decent tuning and customisation.
