आईएचएमई की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, 2023 में दिल्ली में 17,188 लोगों की मौत प्रदूषण से जुड़ी रही. यानी हर सात में से एक व्यक्ति की मौत जहरीली हवा की वजह से हुई. सीआरईए के विश्लेषण में पाया गया कि पार्टिकुलेट मैटर (PM2.5) प्रदूषण अब भी दिल्ली में मौतों का सबसे बड़ा कारण बना हुआ है.

कोई भी पुलिसकर्मी बिना कारण आपको न तो थप्पड़ मार सकता है और न ही मारपीट कर सकता है। ऐसा करना BNS धारा 115 के तहत अपराध है। इसमें दोषी पुलिसकर्मी को 1 साल की जेल या ₹10,000 जुर्माना हो सकता है।

ध्यान रखें,
कानून सबके लिए बराबर है – चाहे आम नागरिक हो या पुलिसकर्मी। इसलिए अगर आपके साथ ऐसा हुआ है तो:

• नज़दीकी थाने में संबंधित पुलिसकर्मी के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज कराएँ।

• घटना में तुरन्त सहायता पाने के लिए पुलिस हेल्पलाइन 100 या फिर आपात हेल्पलाइन 112 को कॉल करें। यह एक रिकॉर्डेड हेल्पलाइन हैं जिसे भविष्य में आप साक्ष्य के रूप में भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।

• अगर क्षेत्रीय थाना FIR दर्ज न करें तो इसकी लिखित शिकायत जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक/पुलिस आयुक्त/ पुलिस महानिदेशक और मानवाधिकार आयोग में दर्ज करें।

• ज़रूरत पड़ने पर दोषी पुलिसकर्मी के खिलाफ न्यायालय में याचिका दायर करें।

Unfortunately, some individuals have been feeding the dogs unsuitable food, which has made them ill. For their safety and well-being, they need to be relocated to a better environment.
